Refund policy
At Luna Baby Store we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please read our returns and refunds policy below.
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
To initiate a return please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns as Luna Baby Store cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Once we have confirmed that the returned item has been received and meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
The following items are not eligible for return. Items returned after the 14 day return window. Items that have been used or are not in their original condition. Items that are not in their original packaging.
